Many are times when different life occurrences will disappoint and discourage us. Being a normality each person will take it in their own ways. In most cases they will tend to react against these challenges. They only forget that challenges are there to build and strengthen us but not to break our hearts. Some will take the challenges and proceed with life. Some will complain a lot and go ahead to question their creator. Others will give up and think that the solution would may be dropping out to an extent of committing suicide. However this benefits to nothing.
Discovery results that all this occurs due to lack of a certain gear if not a virtue. This gear is motivation. Motivation is a feeling of enthusiasm or interest that makes you determined to do something. It is also the reason for doing something. For instance in a business organization, the main motivation for the business is to make profit. This means the main purpose for that business is making profit. Profit results from total sacrifice and struggle to overcome the surrounding competitors. This is only achievable by having motivation.
On the other hand in a learning institution, the main motivation is success. For there to be success a lot of interest is expected. The power of interest brings about motivation. The source of motivation is not only from friends, teachers, parents or other relatives. This is because some will urgue that their poor performance is due to lack of motivation and recognition by others.
Our friends will neglect us. Underrate us, discourage us but we are our own motivators. All we need to do is to increase our self esteem and have total belief in ourselves. Self motivation is the best and the greatest motivation is you.
Fix your eyes on your destiny. Don’t stop moving towards your destiny. If you cannot fly your way there, drive there. If you cannot drive, run there. If you cannot run, walk there. If you cannot walk then crawl there. Keep on moving no matter what may come your way.
